ZA1E Albanian station's card came via direct. I sent my QSL and SASE to Italian mail drop of him. Mail drop sent him my QSL and envelopes, but postal fee sent via bank. It is told that this is the safe method of sending postal fee.

We had contact May of this year at 20m band CW. This card is my first getting of Albania.
